The 18th Lincoln Highway Arts Festival will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 10 am - 4 pm on Mount Vernon's main street. The Festival will also include demonstrations, kid’s activities, music, food, and more. Mount Vernon Area Arts Council is a grantee of the Iowa Arts Council.
